This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Yes. All of my yes. Please backtag with me into forever.
Threadhopping: I'm ok with it, but make sure whoever I'm threading with is ok with it too?
Fourthwalling: Iiiiiiiif it's a 4th wall event sure, but otherwise, unless you're Deadpool or something, let's not? Though I'm always open to discuss it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm usually down for anything, but if you're not sure (especially since the character is a 14 year old girl), shoot me a PM/private plurk and we can discuss it!

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure! ...though if she doesn't know you, she might be kind of confused, though she'll give a hug back most likely.
Kissing this character: Probably not. You'll get slapped.
Flirting with this character: Go for it! She'll still be all ~Mamo-chan~ but she doesn't mind it. She just won't date you.
Fighting with this character: Well, you can try! She can run, and she can run fast. She'd rather try that than fighting with someone because NOPE. As Sailor Moon she might put up a fight, but as Regular Ordinary Usagi? NOPE.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): You will get the most pitiful puppy dog face if you do, but it can happen.
Killing this character: It can happen, with plot and discussion first!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character:
...you probably won't get much. Beyond food and her boyfriend, she won't really be thinking about the fate of the world or super secret spy missions. Not usually anyway.
Warnings: Nnnnone. Usagi's pretty harmless and would rather be a friend unless you're a bad guy. She'll probably just pester for food.
